Media Credential Request Form NEW

Media credentials are issued to legitimate news organizations/personnel covering NWAC events. Credentials are not transferable and will be required for access to all restricted areas.

This form is for verified media personnel only . You must be affiliated with a news organization and/or NWAC member school in a media capacity to be approved. You will receive an email confirming your approval from the NWAC office and can then pick up your media credential upon arriving on-site at the NWAC Championship(s) / event(s) you attend first during the academic year.

**NEW FOR 2025-26: this form will request a media credential for the entire academic year's NWAC Championships / events as listed below. You do not need to submit a request for every event if you cover multiple events.

The NWAC reserves the right to revoke credentails at any time, without cause. If the NWAC event policies and procedures are breached, credentials will be revoked, and the representing outline will no longer be approved.

By submitting this form, you agree to follow all NWAC event policies and procedures upon approval for the media credential. You will receive an email from the NWAC office confirming approval/disapproval. If approved, you will pick up a media credential on-site after verifying your identity as a Media person at the Pass Gate or Ticket Gate entrance.
