Jerry Petty Jr., Skagit Valley - Men's Basketball

 Petty Jr. led Skagit Valley to two more wins as they have started 4-0 in North Region play thus far with wins of 96-68 over Everett and 99-82 at Whatcom. Petty averaged 25.5 points per game with 3.0 assists and 3.0 steals. He was very consistent with 26 points against Everett and 25 points at Whatcom, shooting 41.7 percent from the floor including going 16-for-16 from the free-throw line against WCC.

"Jerry continues to dominate night in and night out," said head coach Carl Howell. "He has been the model of consistency at both ends of the floor. He defends our opponents' best perimeter players while also leading us in scoring. He always finds ways to score inside and out, evidenced by his 16-16 from the line at Whatcom."
