2026 All-NWAC Baseball Teams Revealed Ahead of Championship
Leading into the 2026 NWAC Baseball Championship on Thursday, the 2026 All-NWAC Baseball teams have been announced as selected by the NWAC baseball coaches.
The 2026 All-NWAC Baseball selections include a First Team, Second Team, Gold Glove, Baden Player of the Year, Position Player of the Year, Pitcher of the Year, Freshman of the Year, Big Stick Award, Gold Glove MVP, Coach of the Year, and Assistant Coach of the Year. The Coach of the Year award will be selected after the tournament concludes.
Quinn Hubbs was named the 2026 NWAC Baden Player of the Year and Pitcher of the Year for his performance during the regular season. Hubbs dominated opposing lineups this season, posting a 9-1 overall record with an NWAC low 0.70 earned run average. Hubbs made 12 starts, pitching 64.1 innings with 61 strikeouts to 16 walks. He allowed just 43 hits and five earned runs all season.
Everett's Davis Downer was selected the Position Player of the Year. The slugging outfielder finished with a .332 batting average, six home runs and 50 runs batted in. Downer posted a .939 OPS as he also had 10 doubles, four triples and walked 22 times. He added 20 stolen bases and 41 runs scored, ranking second in the NWAC in RBI and fifth in home runs.
